Publishes a draft envelope and starts signing. Signers in the first signing group (signingGroup) are invited according to their inviteMethod; later groups follow in order. The status becomes SIGNING, or REVIEWING when reviewers were added in the Resly app. Word files are converted to PDF. The envelope needs at least one file and one signer. Publishing counts one envelope toward the team's e-sign usage; on a free plan it fails with 402 once the limit is reached.
